We started in Bucharest, in 2004, with the specific goal to help our customers manage their business successfully and we continue to do so today. Selection
and recruiting

Our HR department selects new team members through carefully chosen screening processes. The candidates have to pass several interviews and tests in order to join our team. In 2016 we screened over 3500 applications.


Training and
continuous professional development

We use yearly more than 5 % of our working hours for training. We provide in-house training, using our own dedicated rooms and specialized trainers. Since November 2013 we are CNFPA “Certified trainers” for Italian Language.


People
management

We constantly motivate our team through carefully chosen programs and incentives. We help them successfully plan their career path and work their way up inside the company.  We organize our teams in an efficient manner to obtain the best results (e.g. we have 1 team leader for every 10 operators).
