GRS participated at the major annual meeting of the principal outsourcing service providers in Central and Eastern Europe.

One of GRS’s managers, Paolo Marcattilj, was invited to contribute to the Forum’s round table during its opening session on the topic of “Real success stories and actual experience”. Some of the specific points discussed included the means of offering excellent levels of multilingual and multi-channel services, including social network management.

GRS was also a nominee, in a shortlist composed of only 3 companies from Central and Eastern Europe, for one of the most significant awards of the year: Best BPO Firm of the Year – rest of CEE (non Poland).
