Global Remote Services has been shortlisted in the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards 2015, one of the most prestigious inside the contact centre and customer services industry throughout the UK and Europe.
For the shortlisting stage judges looked for:
- Ways in which the contact centre achieved extraordinary things for customers and employees;
- Robust people processes which make the contact centre a pleasure to work for;
- A people-centric environment with effective communication vehicles and evidence of staff motivation, effective training, coaching and development.
In the next final stage of ECCCSA, before the final award assignment, independent judges will visit GRS in the next couple of months to score the contact centre against fellow finalists.
The annual awards ceremony will be on the 10th of June 2015, in London, and will gather contact centre and customer service industry leaders from all over Europe.
