GRS statement on the COVID-19 crisis

Upon hearing of the dangers posed by the current worldwide COVID-19 crisis, GRS decided to react immediately, to ensure business continuity to all client companies and steady employment for the entire team.

As a BPO company, we are the main line of contact between our client brands and their own final customers, therefore we need to ensure the smooth continuity of their business activities, as well as keep up with their requirements.

We are proud to announce that within two weeks, our 400+ employees are all working safely from home and our client’s needs and requirements are met as usual or even at an increased capacity for clients that operate services that are in high demand at the moment.

Finally, we would like to express our deepest sympathies to everyone affected by this terrible crisis and we would like to remind everyone to stay home and stay safe. It’s in the best interests of everyone to listen and follow the experts’ advice, in order to reduce the risks. Please look out for yourselves and act with compassion during this time.
