Call center agent outbound
Global Remote Services is an Independent Contact Centre provider with tens of years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) market. Launched in January 2004, in Bucharest, Romania, GRS provides a broad range of multilingual and multi-channel contact center and back office services to organizations across Europe. As we speak, we are looking for new team members – Call Center Agent Outbound with fluency in German and with good communication skills. We are open-minded and with good interaction skills so we would appreciate if you are the same.
You should have analytic skills and be a problem solver, have customer service orientation and PC knowledge. A good team spirit and previous call center experience are considered an advantage. If on top of that you are also willing to work in shifts then you must be what we are looking for.
What will you do?
You will manage outbound calls in German and it will be required of you to be able to have fluent conversations with natives. You will solve special situations that arise from time to time, but don’t worry we will be there to support you. Your main activity will be consisting in promoting services and products for several projects.
