With proven expertise in driving innovation, operational excellence, and customer success, they are dedicated to creating sustainable value for our clients and fostering a collaborative, growth-driven workplace for our colleagues.

Cosmin Răducu Efrim- General Director and Vice President Be Ys Group

With a particular focus on international accounts, Cosmin has 19 years of expertise in BPO industry, with 17 years in leadership positions. He has led operations and client management for Global Remote Services Romania across multiple sites, including international accounts. In 2023, he became Vice President of the Be Ys Group, being a key player for managing projects, driving productivity and looking forward to great results.

Cezar Botez- Operations Director

Dedicated to operational excellence, Cezar joined the team in 2008 as an Agent. His ambition and hardworking personality were a focus point in his career, being promoted to Project Manager in 2011. Due to the coordination of multiple complex projects in various industries, the knowledge and experience in operational management & client management led to his position as an Operations Manager in 2015, and later on as Operations Director. Cezar is a valuable member with leadership skills, oriented towards results and performance, offering sustainable & innovative solutions.

Horia Popovici- Operations Director

Horia joined Global Remote Services in 2009 as a Team Leader. With various and challenging projects, he gained extensive knowledge of the BPO industry and operations management. His dedication and analytic eye joined his expertise in streamlining processes, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. He is making sure that all service-level agreements and KPIs are met, offering support and valuable input to the team.

Alina Tănase- Quality Director

Alina Tănase joined our talented team in 2005, bringing enthusiasm and important knowledge into our operational flow. In 2009, Alina took the position of Quality Manager, being responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards across all company processes. Over the years, Alina has gained relevant experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to the highest industry standards. Her expertise and involvement contribute to GRS’s continuous development and she continues to support the company as a Quality Director.

Silvia Sîrbu- HR Director

As a communicative and people-oriented person, Silvia joined GRS in 2006 as an Agent. Working closely with the team and constantly participating in projects, she advanced to Team Leader, Recruiter, Trainer and Project Manager in her career. She took over the role of HR Manager in 2022, being connected with employees and seamlessly collaborating with other departments. Her role is essential to GRS, assuring a friendly and efficient working environment in such a challenging market.

Cerasella Man- Finance Director

In 2010, Cerasella joined the GRS team as an agent. She pursued her career as Team Leader and Project Manager being driven by results and continuous performance for the company. In 2022, she supported the business as Admin and Finance Manager with strategic decisions, responsible financial management and operational efficiency. Since 2025, Cerasella Man, GRS’s Finance Director, turns challenges into growth opportunities, making sure that internal processes are results-oriented and rigorously approached.
