GRS successfully completed the ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 audits with zero non-conformities

Global Remote Services successfully completed in July the ISO 27001 certification audit (surveillance stage) with zero non-conformities.
Also, GRS completed in September the ISO 9001 certification audit (surveillance stage) with zero non-conformities.

GRS integrated the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 management systems, thereby reducing redundancies by simplifying policies, procedures and reports. Instead of managing separate frameworks, the integrated system enables the business to operate within a single, coherent structure.

ISO 9001 is a worldwide known standard for Quality Management (QMS) which provides guidelines to organizations to ensure consistent quality in services and products, helping them to enhance their customer satisfaction and improve efficiency.

Global Remote Services has owned the ISO 27001 certification since 2024, and the ISO 9001 certification since 2009.
