Our client Company was founded in 1901 in Rome. It’s the largest Italian media monitoring company and among the most important European operators in the sector. Today, thanks to the development of an integrated media intelligence platform, each of our client’s customers can customize their daily dashboard, monitor and analyze their brand reputation and topics of interest in a single place. It is a back-office project monitoring Italian and international sources such as newspapers, magazines, web, radio/TV, social media, media analysis, and logo/image detection. Our agents’ activities consist in cropping the articles related to certain subjects/brands and then inserting them on the client’s platform. Agents must check if the selection of the different areas of the article is correct. If not, they must correct the titles, authors.
